Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks followed by aging on fine lees, allowing all the aromatic exuberance to be preserved.
Citrine colored wine, very elegant, with aromas of white pulp fruits with some citric notes. In the mouth, it is elegant with balanced acidity and a final with good volume and persistence.
