VINIFICATION
Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. Aging for 16 months in 400L French oak barrels.
TEST RESULTS
Yellow color with golden highlights. Deep wine and complex aroma, still in the beardless phase, but denounces grandiosity. Volume, structure in the mouth, impetuous and energetic, remarkable persistence. In need of time, FORGOTTEN in the basement to show the definitive forms.
