Cartuxa EA White is an Alentejo wine. It is a wine of the year, with characteristics typical of young wines, easy to drink and for immediate consumption.

Serving Temperature: 10-12º
Vinification: When the grapes reach the ideal state of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the cellar, where the technological process begins with total destemming and light crushing, pressing, cooling and clarification of the must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. After fermentation, filtration, blending, tartaric and protein stabilization, final filtration and bottling are carried out.
Tasting Notes: Cartuxa EA White is an Alentejo wine that reveals a bright, lemony color with greenish tones. It has a fresh fragrance of citrus and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is balanced and fresh. Elegant finish.
